Our Guarantee
We spare no effort to offer you only the finest
wool
outdoor apparel of functional designs and quality construction,
therefore if a Sleeping Indian Designs product ever fails due to a manufacturing
defect, we will repair the product, without charge or replace it at our
discretion. We will also refund your money or give you credit toward an
exchange for any products returned to us in new condition within 30 days of
purchase and shipment. For those garments or equipment in need of repair due to wear
and tear, improper care, accidents, alterations or modifications there will be a
reasonable repair fee charged, in addition to shipping. Placing and Order:
All orders require a 50% deposit, with the balance due upon shipment.
Delivery times: Shipping times can vary anywhere from shipment on the same day
of your order on up to four to six weeks from the order date.
Refunds and Exchanges: All returns for
credit MUST be in new, unused condition (no field use). Please pack items
securely. Your package should be insured and prepaid. All returns
for credit or exchange MUST include a written explanation for the return, along
with the name, address, telephone number, and date of purchase. It should be
understood that all returns and cancellations (other than exchanges) are subject
to a 25% re-allocation charge.
Repairs: Sleeping Indian will cover
repairs found by us to be the result of defective materials or workmanship.
For those garments or equipment in need of repair due to wear and tear, improper
care, modifications, or accidents there will be a repair charge assessed.
All repairs not covered by our guarantee will be charged for materials, labor,
handling and shipping.
Custom Orders: For those of you who
cannot get a good fit in off-the shelf sizes, don't despair. We can
customize garments to make sure you get the fit and freedom of movement that you
need. Please note: All custom garments are non-refundable.
Custom orders require a 100% non-refundable pre-payment.
International orders: All orders
shipped outside the U.S.A. require $9.50 handling plus shipping regardless of
the size of the order. All international orders are shipped via the US
Postal Service.
